We are always on the lookout to partner organizations and individuals who are seasoned technology experts—IT Managers, CIOs, and experienced technology consultants and sales reps—ready to launch a highly profitable practice built on their expertise and network.

    Employment Opportunities

    We staff internal operations with talented individuals focused on systems, finance, and specialized support for our growing network of Independent Advisers. We maintain a lean, technology-first approach, prioritizing low overhead and disciplined, strategic growth. This means we hire selectively for specialized W2 and other roles—such as engineering expertise, security & compliance experts, support staff, and advisory board positions—only when essential for scaling our national partnership infrastructure.

    Advisory Board Member, HR/CPO (CLOSED): Provides strategic guidance and wise counsel on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, and agent and employee development, to align HR practices with business goals 

    Solutions Architect

    Cloud Solutions Architect (CLOSED): Provided internal expertise and technical leadership for complex multi-cloud and optimization engagements Client-facing role to provide expertise, guidance, evaluation, and technical leadership for complex multi-cloud, optimization, and repatriation engagements, designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.

    Solutions Architect

    CX Solutions Architect (CLOSED): Focused on optimizing the client experience (CX) journey and designing technology solutions that maximize client success and retention. 

    Subject Matter Expert

    Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) (CLOSED): Seasoned cybersecurity professional with deep technical knowledge, relevant certifications (CISSP preferred) and thorough understanding of security and compliance frameworks.

    Advisory Board Member

    Advisory Board Member, Financial Oversight/CFO (CLOSED): Responsible for the financial management with focus on compensation structures, financial compliance, and maximizing agent profitability. Key responsibilities include financial planning, managing financial risks, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing financial reports to stakeholders (Board position/Non-employment).

    Project Manager

    Project Manager (CLOSED): Client-facing role. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of single and multi-party projects, coordinate resources, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
